Axis PNW has an extensive record providing security and event staffing for events in the Washington and Oregon region. Our employee base is very diverse, and solution based.

The lesson learned through our success with major events is that our best employees are the ones who love the local community and live events that enable us to build a common bond among our staff. Axis PNW does NOT pay minimum wage. Axis PNW has found the old saying of "you get what you pay for" is true. Axis PNW will always pay above minimum wage and try to compete with other local businesses to hire and retain the best employees in the local market. Axis PNW has been phenomenally successful with retention and very low turnover with our core employees.

Those staff that provide security are trained in accordance with NCS4 and Department of Homeland Security Standards. They are proficient at their tasks and are held to a high standard.

The advantage that Axis has over the larger national company is the “local” feel and attention to the local details.
