You are encouraged to explore any or all courses, which are entirely voluntary and not mandatory. Completing a section is not tied to career advancement but may be considered among other factors. 2. Effective Guest Communication and De-escalation Techniques

Strategies for interacting with guests, resolving conflicts calmly, and maintaining a positive event atmosphere

Supervisor

This section targets supervisors overseeing event staff, managing crowd dynamics, and coordinating with managers. Topics build on Event Staff skills, emphasizing leadership, operational oversight, and advanced security protocols.

 Techniques for managing diverse teams, assigning tasks, and fostering a positive work environment during high-pressure events. 

2. Advanced Crowd Management: Handling High-Risk Scenarios

Strategies for managing drone threats, integrating Axis PNW’s existing drone detection system into event plans.
